Juan Carlos, the breakfast dining star, and Rosa from housekeeping was so nice! They were attentive and helpful. The breakfast selection featured a legit plato típico, a VERY welcome taste of local cuisine. I will certainly bookend my next trip here, without a doubt.

The dispensers held soap and shampoo. However. the shower performance suffered, needing a replacement part. I hope they address this issue soon, as it did impact the overall experience slightly!

I found the hotel very clean and safe. the staff were personable and helpful with directions. i appreciated that the hotel was close to the central market and museums. I walked everywhere during the day. oscar made delicious strawberry daiquiris and mojitos at the happy hour.

the hotel lacked complimentary water in the rooms. i had to walk to the nearest supermarket to buy some. the prices of items in the hotel shop seemed expensive

I checked in twice and i must say, i love this place! the cleanliness is great. The team kept the rooms and every space sparkling. the reception was friendly and efficient and communicated easily in english. the restaurant staff are nice and very accommodating. The food tastes sooo good, especially the breakfast. it was nourishing food made from the heart.

there was nothing close by in the area. walking to downtown is doable but a little long trek. i would've loved more options nearby for convenience.
